Holocaust
By: Lazar LazinskyWhy don't we sleep through nights? Why do we hear the sound of fights? We have the nightmares in our dreams And can't forget our children's screams. 55 years we still hear the children's cry, Who fixes ones eyes on the sky, Who doesn't see the radiance of stars And gets great pain in their heart of hearts. We see the fences all around And many corpes on the ground- These were the concentration camps, When nazi occupied our lands. People had badges with the word - "Jew", We didn't invent it; - that was true, The Nazi took away all things of gold and ambers And people were forced into the gas chambers.... Jewish people learned a lesson from it and became stronger than hard concrete, They created their own country as a bastion, That this terrible HELL will not return.
