I Miss the Days

| life | writing |

I miss the days when I could get drunk and write a term paper.

I miss the days when I didn’t have to think about what I was doing in order to feel educated.

I miss the days when I dreamed of being on stage, or living on the street, or drinking coffee smoking pot and writing poetry.

I miss the days when I didn’t want to make a difference in the lives of others.

I miss not giving a fuck.

I miss being young.

I miss getting older.

I miss life.
