Patient Clotted
My patient clotted off this morning with an arterial pressure of 510!! I was freaking out. Could not rinse him back. When I say clotted I mean big as chunks.
It sucks too because he left 200 cc of blood in the lines and with an hct of freaking 7 he needs all the blood he can get.
This is twice this week. Gonna tell doc to reconsider heparin.
